This project consisted of 15 new homes for the Celilo Village located at Celilo, Oregon. Funded by the Army Crops of Engineers, this is the first tribal housing development located at Celilo, since the village was submerged by the Dalles Dam in 1957.

The new housing development for the Muckleshoot Housing Authority consisted of 40 new homes. These beautiful homes were derived from elaborate floor plans that needed modification in the field in order to keep the project within the budget.

This project for the Yakama Nation Housing Authority was a complete rehabilitation project of 30 existing homes. Tax Credit funding allowed the Yakama Nation to take dilapidated vacant houses and refurbish them into new homes for tribal families.

We were invited back for this project, to complete 26 new homes as a part of Phase II of the Slocum Ridge Development. Construction was hindered by severe weather, but homes were completed well within the allotted time frame, and under budget.

The project scope was to complete the design/building process for 18 homes. The project was successfully constructed prior to road construction. HUD and other government agencies supplied the majority of the funding for the project. The Squaxin Island Tribe is the owner.
